Nocks Joins HMP Communications, LLC as Meeting Planner, Meetings & Trade Shows
Medical meetings offer best opportunity to showcase product and network with interested customers
Malvern, PA (April 3, 2008) – HMP Communications, LLC, the authoritative source for comprehensive information and education serving healthcare professionals, announced today that Tracy Nocks, CMP has joined the company as Meeting Planner, Meetings & Trade Shows. She will be responsible for planning, site management and logistics for the company’s meetings, tradeshows, symposiums, roundtables and on-site training courses.

She will be an important asset to our exhibitors and attendees.”
Seventy-nine percent of attendees to medical tradeshows attend with a goal to buy products or recommend purchases according to Exhibit Surveys, Inc. Exhibit attraction is also high in the medical trade show field at 82 percent, with attendees spending an average of 6.5 hours visiting exhibits.
Nocks, a Certified Meeting Professional, has spent more than 15 years managing meetings, logistics and education programs. She was most recently a meeting planner for Naha Marketing Inc. coordinating all aspects of planning from development to execution. She also served as meeting/project manager for AstraZeneca, Inc. coordinating travel and logistics for executive sales recognition programs. She is a member of the Meeting Professionals International Philadelphia Chapter. Nocks will join the company April 7th and report to Bill Norton.
