Tuleya Named Executive Editor of Skin & Aging Journal
Dermatology-focused publication gains top executive editor

Malvern, PA (August 6, 2008) – HMP Communications, LLC (HMP), the authoritative source for comprehensive information and education serving healthcare professionals, announced today that Stefanie Tuleya has been named executive editor of Skin & Aging.  The Journal is read monthly by nearly 12,000 dermatologists and physician extenders working in the field of dermatology.  The publication has been recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) earning 12 Gold Triangle Awards over the past five years and has also been honored with a Bronze Award for editorial excellence in the category of legislative/government editorial from the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors (ASHPE).

            As executive editor, Tuleya will oversee editorial content and collaborate with Skin & Aging’s editorial advisory board members and chief medical editor, Steven R. Feldman, M.D., Ph.D., to ensure accuracy and compliance of materials prior to publication.

Tuleya joined HMP in June 2000 as associate editor of Podiatry Today. In October 2001, she was promoted to managing editor of Skin & Aging and most recently served as special projects editor.  Before working at HMP, she served in various editorial capacities at Cahners Business Information and as an assistant account executive at Al Paul Lefton Company, one of the nation’s top business-to-business advertising agencies.
